🔍 Job Description:
As part of our strategy for a future-fit, agile, and sustainable bank, we are seeking a talented and experienced professional for the role of Wing Head - Vendor Management based in Karachi. This role reports to the Head of Credit Administration Division.
📚 Qualifications Required:
◾ Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international institution
◾ Master's degree and/or relevant professional certification(s) preferred
◾ Minimum 08 years of experience in Credit Administration/ Credit Operations, with 03 years in managing Mucaddam companies and/or Credit Service Providers
◾ Experience in large-scale/public sector organizations preferred
🌟 Skills and Expertise:
◾ Sound knowledge of Pledge/Muccaddam Operations
◾ Proficient in MS-Office
◾ Analytical skills and financial acumen
◾ Awareness of risk policies/regulations
📌 Responsibilities:
◾ Supervise centralized allocation of pledge sites
◾ Ensure rotation of Mucaddam companies
◾ Follow-up with Mucaddam companies for rectification and recovery
◾ Conduct annual performance reviews and inspections
◾ Coordinate with field offices and manage valuations
💼 Employment Type:
Contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the Management
