👷▪️ Assistant Vice President (AVP), CPU (01)
🎓▪️ Qualification:
MBA/M.Com/Economics + MPA/MCS/MIT or relevant Master's degree
🎓▪️ Experience:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with 2 years in a similar position in a banking or financial institution
🧛▪️ Age Limit:
30-40 years
🏦 Responsibilities of the AVP, CPU include:
🧑✈️▪️ Supervising the entire working of the CPU and ensuring that customers are being served according to the bank's policies and guidelines provided by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)
🧑✈️▪️ Ensuring that standard documented turnaround time (TAT) for opening and maintenance of accounts is strictly observed
🧑✈️▪️ Maintaining data quality standards and TATs
🧑✈️▪️ Communicating with branches and other divisions to obtain necessary information and documents for data entry and account opening
🧑✈️▪️ Coordinating with customers for centralized accounts data and document submission as per the bank's policy
🧑✈️▪️ Monitoring the status of account opening applications and legacy account maintenance as per the defined standards and procedures
🧑✈️▪️ Assisting the Team Leader/Manager CPU in maintaining data quality standards and compliance with divisional and regulatory requirements
🧑✈️▪️ Handling coding errors as per the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and TATs

MBA/M.Com/Economics or equivalent with a minimum of 2.5 CGPA on a scale of 4.0 or minimum 50% marks in case of annual system

21-35 years
