All students who have completed their degree from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) should follow the steps outlined below for the acquisition of their degree.
If you have any (R/E) code during your degree program, an additional fee for each code must be paid in addition to the regular degree fee.
Firstly, download the degree form from the website and carefully fill it out (especially ensure the correct spelling of your name and accurate date of birth, as this information will be printed on your degree).
Next, generate the online challan from the AIOU website and deposit the relevant degree fee in the designated bank. (Verify the correct fee on the challan by checking the degree form's side for the fee related to the respective degree).
On the degree form, enter the semester-wise results, meaning enter the codes for the semesters in which you have passed in the same order.
Submit all the documents along with the degree form, including the original challan issued by AIOU, attested copies of all your documents from Matriculation onwards, attested copies of your identity card, and the result of the degree passed from AIOU. Send all documents to Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad. Alternatively, they can also be uploaded on the CMS Account.
