Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) is a pivotal entity established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, now under the Companies Act 2017, by the Government of Punjab. Our core mission is to foster orderly, planned, and rapid industrialization in the Punjab province by enhancing and upgrading existing infrastructure.
We are currently inviting applications from dynamic and qualified candidates, domiciled in Punjab, to join our team for the following positions:
1. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Qualifications:
🔻 BSc in Civil Engineering accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council, preferably with a Master's in Business Administration/Management Sciences/CA or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
🔻 15 years of overall Industrial Estate development/relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Management role.
🔻 Proven track record of independently managing multiple large-scale projects, preferably in infrastructure development for industries/housing setups.
🔻 Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry at the national level, with a strong reputation.
👥 Age Limit: 50-55 Years
2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualifications:
🔻 Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants (CA/ACMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
Experience:
🔻 Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience in accounts, finance, and audit, with at least 8 years in a financial management position.
🔻 Thorough knowledge of relevant IFRSs/IASs, compliance requirements, tax laws, and commercial regulations.
🔻 Familiarity with public sector organizations and infrastructure development projects is preferred.

3. Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)
Qualifications:
🔻 Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants (CA/ACMA/ACCA/ICAEW) or Certified internal Auditor (CIA)/Certified fraud examiner (CFE)/Certified internal control auditor (CICA).
Experience:
🔻 Minimum 15 years of overall audit experience, with at least 8 years in internal audit, risk management, and designing internal control proceedings.
🔻 Thorough knowledge of accounting standards, auditing practices, and risk assessment and management.

4. General Manager HR & Admin (GMA)
Qualifications:
🔻 Masters in HR/MBA (HR)/MPA degree with specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.
Experience:
🔻 Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, with 5 years at a managerial level.
🔻 Proficiency in recruitment & selection, promotion & compensation management, labor laws, file management, PEEDA & PPRA Rules.

5. General Manager Estate & Land Management
Qualifications:
🔻 MBA/MPA or a Masters degree in Management Sciences from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
🔻 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in Land & Estate management in public or private organizations.
🔻 Knowledge of Revenue laws, Land Acquisition, plot transfer (Registry), recovery of dues matters, and Special Economic Zones.

6. General Manager (Engineering) (GME)
Qualifications:
🔻 BSc Civil Engineering from a renowned University accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
🔻 Minimum 12 years' experience in a relevant field, with exposure to mega infrastructure development projects of national importance.
👥 Age Limit: 45-50 Years
Deputy General Manager (Maintenance) (DGMM)
Qualification
🔻BSc (Civil Engineering) accredited by PEC preferably Master's degree in relevant field from a HEC recognized University.
Experience
🔻 Minimum 10 years' post qualification relevant experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of O&M of Civil infrastructure.
