Job Vacancies Announcement 2024

There are job openings in the office of Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in District Karak. The following vacant positions are available in District Judiciary Karak for the establishment of Senior Civil Judge (Admin) and applications are required from prospective residents of Karak district until April 30, 2024, who can be employed in clerical positions in the office under supervision.

👉 Note: Candidates who had submitted their applications for the previous advertisement (with the closing date of December 10, 2022) do not need to reapply. The names of eligible candidates are already available on the website.

👉 Educational Qualifications, Age Limit:

1. Peeyada

   🟢 BPS-05

   🟢 Preferably aged 18 to 40 years

   

3. Guard

   🟢 BPS-03

   🟢 Preferably aged 25 to 40 years

🔻 Terms and Conditions:

🟢 1. Candidates need to submit their applications along with required educational documents, domicile, National Identity Card, character certificate, and three current passport-sized photographs. Original documents will be required during the test/interview.

🟢 2. Candidates from Hoti and Hangoo (prospective residents) can also apply in the Minority Quota.

🟢 3. For the position of Naib Qasid, Guard, and Sweeper, candidates must attach the registration certificate issued by the Employment Office.

👉 Selection Process:

🟢  Written examination as per the orders of Peshawar High Court.

🟢  Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview for final selection.

🟢  Final selection for Naib Qasid, Guard, and Sweeper will be as per the policies of Peshawar High Court.

👉 After selection, the degrees and conduct of selected candidates will be verified. If any candidate is found to have provided fake or misleading information/documentation or allowed someone else to take the test or interview on their behalf, legal action will be taken against both the candidate and the surrogate. 

👉 Age limits according to the KPK Civil Servants (APT) Rules, 1989, will be applicable for the Clerk position, whereas for other positions, the age limit will be considered from the closing date of applications received. Relaxation in age will be as per government policy.

👉 Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.

👉 Retired employees of District Judiciary Karak need to submit their father's retirement order with the application for their children.

👉 Applications from underage candidates will not be considered.

👉 Government employees should apply through proper channel.
