One of the best things about joining our customer service team is that you don’t need any customer service experience. You will receive training and demonstrations.
1. Job content: Mainly answer incoming calls, be able to communicate proficiently with customer service, speak English, and be able to come to the company after answering the phone. (Each order only has 1-2 phone calls, not phone calls. You just need to answer them. A fixed answering template will be sent to you in advance).
2. Job requirements: Ability to answer calls during the day. Response time is only a few minutes. After answering, you can come to the company to report and summarize the report that day (just wait until you are free). Currently, only part-time workers are needed.
3. Settlement method: Settlement one by one, about 20,000 per order, 4-6 orders per day, reimbursement of round-trip expenses, average about 12,000+ per day. (This part-time job needs to be arranged 5-7 days in advance and cannot be done immediately. It is long-term)
