Higher Education Commission (HEC) - Positions Available

HEC invites Pakistani nationals to apply for the following merit-based positions under the Higher Education Development in Pakistan (HEDP) project on a contract basis:

1. Project Manager (MOOCs)

   

👉 Pay Scale: PPS-10 (Rs. 437,500 per month, all-inclusive)

   

👉 Qualifications: Master's in Mass Communications/Business Administration/Information Management/ICT or equivalent. At least 8 years of project management experience with 3 years in higher education technology projects.

2. Deputy Program Specialist

   

👉 Pay Scale: PPS-10 (Rs. 437,500 per month, all-inclusive)

   

👉 Qualifications: Master/Bachelor's in Policy Management/Computer Science or related disciplines. At least 8 years of experience in higher education, training, and policy implementation.

3. Project Manager (Blockchain)

   

👉 Pay Scale: PPS-10 (Rs. 437,500 per month, all-inclusive)

   

👉 Qualifications: Master's/Bachelor's in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent. 5 years relevant experience with knowledge of C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, Solidity, and blockchain architecture.

4. Implementation Engineer (Blockchain)

   

👉 Pay Scale: PPS-08 (Rs. 250,000 per month, all-inclusive)

   

👉 Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent. 5 years relevant experience.

5. Office Manager

   

👉 Pay Scale: PPS-07 (Rs. 157,500 per month, all-inclusive)

   

👉 Qualifications: Master's/Bachelor's with 5 years experience in higher education sector.

6. Assistant Program Specialist

   

👉 Pay Scale: PPS-07 (Rs. 157,500 per month, all-inclusive)

   

👉 Qualifications: Master's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience in program assistance.

7. Office Assistant

   

👉 Pay Scale: PPS-05 (Rs. 70,000 per month, all-inclusive)

   

👉 Qualifications: Graduation (14 years education) with 2 years' experience and advanced MS Office skills.

8. Attendant

   👉 Pay Scale: PPS-02 (Rs. 35,000 per month, all-inclusive)

   

   👉 Qualifications: Matriculation with 1-year relevant experience.

9. Janitor/Sanitary Worker

   👉 Pay Scale: PPS-02 (Rs. 35,000 per month, all-inclusive)

   

  👉  Qualifications: 3 years' experience as a sanitary worker.

🔴 Experience as part-time, honorary, apprentice, and intern will not be counted as experience.
