Eligibility Criteria

📚 Qualifications: Eligibility will be determined based on Higher Education Commission (HEC) criteria, with thorough shortlisting and scrutiny as per AIOU Service Statutes and Recruitment Policy.

Age Limit: Maximum age will be relaxed according to the 1993 Upper Age Limit Rules and updated AIOU statutes.

Supporting Documents for Professors and Associate Professors: In addition to the online application, submit four hard copies in binding and one soft copy on CD in PDF format, along with attested academic records, research publications, conference presentations, details of student supervision, community involvement, and the original paid bank challan. Both online and physical applications must be submitted by the deadline. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Processing Fees: 

Rs. 👉1500 for BPS-18, 

Rs. 👉2000 for BPS-19, 

Rs. 👉3000 for BPS-20, 

Rs. 👉5000 for BPS-21 positions.

TA/DA: No travel or accommodation allowances are provided.

Past Applicants: Those who applied in January 2024 need not reapply.

NOC Requirement for Current Employees: Applicants currently employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies (including AIOU employees) must apply through the proper channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
