Eligibility Requirements
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution or an internationally accredited university. Relevant certifications in banking or finance are advantageous.
Age Limit: Candidates must be 35 years or younger at the time of application submission. Age relaxations are applicable as per NBP policy.
Experience: Applicants with one year of banking experience will be given preference. However, highly motivated fresh graduates with a strong academic foundation are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities This multifaceted role encompasses operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer engagement. The selected candidates will:
Efficiently handle all front-office and back-office banking transactions.
Oversee customer accounts, including reactivating dormant accounts and managing unclaimed funds in compliance with regulations.
Process remittances, including online transactions and issuance of financial instruments.
Ensure the smooth execution of cash handling, inward/outward clearing, and ATM-related operations.
Promote financial products such as Traveler’s Cheques and saving bonds to meet sales targets.
Perform daily audits of transaction vouchers to ensure accuracy and maintain comprehensive records.
Reconcile discrepancies, update general ledger accounts, and prepare financial summaries.
Support operational managers in meeting institutional objectives and maintaining compliance.
Adhere strictly to internal SOPs and Prudential Regulations.
